Join us for a free educational class led by GFL, designed to help Missouri City residents recycle with confidence.

You’ll learn:
• What items belong in your recycling cart
• Common recycling mistakes to avoid
• How proper recycling reduces contamination and landfill waste
• What’s new for recycling services in 2026

This informative session will give you the tools you need to recycle correctly and make a positive impact in our community.

Join us on the tastiest trail in Texas at this year’s Edible Earth Fest! Pick up a free reusable grocery bag and fill it with fruits, plants and fun giveaways as you explore interactive environmental learning stations throughout the festival. Enjoy fruit-themed activities and crafts for all ages, meet the amazing ambassador birds from the Houston SPCA Wildlife Center, and learn simple ways to care for our environment.

Don’t miss a walk along the locally loved Edible Arbor Trail, where nature, education, and community come together in a truly unique experience. Whether you’re a gardener, nature lover, or just looking for a fun outdoor event, Edible Earth Fest offers something for everyone.
